About The Position
The Adult, Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Meridian Health Services plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients in a multi-disciplinary treatment team. This position focuses on integrating physical, mental, and social health to improve the quality of life for individuals in underserved communities. The practitioner will work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for patients while maintaining accurate clinical records.
