Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related human services field.
BSW applicants are required to be licensed (LSW) prior to beginning employment.
Minimum of one year providing services to individuals with a mental illness or substance use disorder required.
Must qualify as a Mental Health Practitioner in the State of MN
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with severe emotional disturbances in adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a caseload of clients.
Coordinate and make referrals for client services that will help the individual meet their goals.
Complete and accurately update all client documentation as required.
Complete accurate and clinically appropriate progress notes within 24 hours of meeting with clients.
Work collaboratively with all members of the treatment plan as often as needed.
Follow-up on referrals and monitor the clients' progress.
Provides crisis assessment and intervention services to clients as needed.
