About the position
Bulldog/ADT security services is a top 10 national ADT dealer with over 25 years of Alarm Industry Experience, committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of scientific technology and personalized monitoring services. We have an immediate opening for an experienced residential security alarm Installation Technician to join our team! In celebration of our new offices due to company growth & expansion, we are adding additional technicians to the team!
Responsibilities
- Upselling during the installation process
- Installation, service, and troubleshooting of a variety of residential burglary alarm systems
- Ability to manage multiple appointments scheduled daily/weekly
- Accurately complete ADT work orders and paperwork
- Complete administrative tasks including shipping, invoicing, and reschedules
- Educate customers in various system operations and maintenance
Requirements
- Residential Alarm Installation & Sales Experience Preferred
- Strong sales background
