We have an immediate opening for an experienced residential security alarm Installation Technician to join our team! In celebration of our new offices due to company growth & expansion, we are adding additional technicians to the team!

Requirements

• Residential Alarm Installation & Sales Experience Preferred
• Strong sales background

Responsibilities

• Upselling during the installation process
• Installation, service, and troubleshooting of a variety of residential burglary alarm systems.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments scheduled daily/weekly.
• Accurately complete ADT work orders and paperwork.
• Complete administrative tasks including shipping, invoicing, and reschedules.
• Educate customers in various system operations and maintenance.
