About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager I with experience in ad trafficking to support our traffic operations team. This role involves executing advertising in live events, particularly in the sports and entertainment sectors. The position is open to remote candidates with WideOrbit experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in ad trafficking.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• WideOrbit experience is required.
• Knowledge of broadcast or streaming platform industries.

• Bachelor's degree is nice to have.
• Passion for sports and an understanding of sports-related content.

Responsibilities

• Support the traffic operations team in executing advertising in live events.
• Manage ad trafficking, ensuring ads are set up and trafficked correctly.
• Utilize WideOrbit and pivot to an internal system in the future.
• Build ad commercial schedules for live events.
• Maintain the system and organization of ad trafficking processes.
