About The Position

Meneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm seeking an Ads Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and consumer behavior to create targeted ad strategies that maximize return on investment. The Ads Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives and brand messaging. They will monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve effectiveness. Ultimately, the Ads Manager plays a critical role in expanding the company’s digital presence and achieving measurable marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Project management skills ensure that campaigns are executed on schedule and within budget, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing credentials.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or corporate marketing environment.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns with measurable success.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize ads to improve key performance indicators including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and calls to action that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
