In this role, you will oversee paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients within a digital marketing agency. The position requires complete ownership and strategic oversight of campaign performance while working collaboratively with a marketing team to ensure a measurable return on investment. Flexibility in hours is provided, along with potential for growth into a full-time opportunity as you take charge of your responsibilities. Accountabilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms Take ownership of campaign performance and results from strategy through execution Manage multiple client ad accounts with different budgets and objectives Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis Design and execute A/B testing strategies for continuous performance improvement Implement unit testing methodologies before campaign launch

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads required)
  • Proven track record of managing $10K+ monthly ad budgets
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
  • Experience in agency environments managing multiple client accounts
  • Google Ads certification
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
