About The Position

The Business Manager role within the Annexus Health’s Adparo business unit is to manage the Annexus / client relationship for a specific group of provider customers, from the executive suite to the operational day to day level. The Business Manager is responsible for managing the business relationship between Annexus Health’s tech-enabled Adparo services and its clients. This is accomplished by ensuring that the performance of the services is well understood by each client and that continuous improvement efforts are mutually aligned and executed for optimal patient and financial outcomes. The Business Manager works closely with their Operations Manager counterpart, the full Adparo Operations team, and the broader Annexus Health organization to achieve these optimal Financial Assistance Cycle Management outcomes. The Business Manager function within Annexus Health also plays a critical role in the company’s growth strategy. Through regular, frequent contact with assigned Adparo clients, Business Managers serve as a conduit of information about client satisfaction and perceptions of service quality from the clients to the company’s operations, sales, and executive teams.
