ADP Test Automation - Script Development Lead
About The Position
Candidate responsibilities will span the technology development lifecycle, including system and software design and collaboration and automation tooling and infrastructure improvements. Work will include a multitude of host systems, including aircraft software, simulated systems, and laboratory environments that include constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system simulations. Lead a team of software developers focused on test script development and supporting system level testing Develop and evolve automated testing infrastructure for software suites, including hardwareâinâtheâloop (HITL) and simulation environments. Develop, integrate, support, and debug software Support the virtual development labs and aircraft software processes Drive Agile ceremonies - daily scrums, sprint reviews, technical demos - and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external customers Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, helping them quickly identify and implement automation solutions
Requirements
- Strong programming experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks
- Experience in a system and/or software test role
- Active Secret Clearance
Nice To Haves
- Realâtime simulation software development and integration.
- Experience with Git SCM, container orchestration, and infrastructureâasâcode (Ansible).
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, Agile SW development, and CI/CD best practices.
- Exposure to cloud computing platforms and flightâsimulation technologies.
- Ability to work on airâgapped, classified networks and integrate COTS tools in novel ways.
