ADP Globalview Project Manager
About The Position
TEKsystems has a 3-5 month remote contract for a Project Manager with ADP Globalview implemation project experience. Our client is hiring a senior Project Manager to assist with a project to migrate their employee Payroll from UKG and Dayforce to ADP GlobalView. This project is specific to the U.S., will impact approximately 5,000 users, and is scheduled to go-live in July 2026. This project manager MUST have prior experience managing at least one ADP GlobalView payroll implementation. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience: 1) Excellent general IT project manager skills with the ability to create detailed project plans (including dates, resources, risks, etc.). 2) Prior experience as the PM on at least one implementation of ADP GlobalView Payroll 2) Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM (ADP will integrate with Oracle HCM) 3) Understanding of payroll implementation best practices and challenges when implementing ADP Payroll. 4) Ability to escalate issues when needed, predict or anticipate where issues may arise, prioritize or deprioritize those issues, etc. Other important info: - Project stage: they have completed development, and are starting the first parallel run. They are performing data loads now and will begin testing soon. - Client is using ADP as their implementation partner. - This project manager will work with client stakeholders, ADP (implementation partner), and possibly their offshore BPO partner for payroll. - PM can work mostly remote from home but travel to Denver will be required for workshops in the first or second week of March 2026. - Work hours: mainly 9:00 - 6:00 EST with some flexibility. - Duration of project should be through July. There MIGHT be some follow-on ADP projects with other regions.
Requirements
