Requirements

• Proven experience developing and integrating with ADP APIs, preferably in a healthcare or benefits technology environment.
• Strong proficiency in API development technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Solid experience with programming languages commonly used for API development such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Understanding of secure data transmission protocols, authentication methods (OAuth, tokens), and compliance requirements.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex API integration issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across distributed teams.
• Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with payroll systems, healthcare benefits administration, or similar domains is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize APIs for integration with ADP payroll systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and operations to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient data exchange between LLH Healthcare platforms and ADP systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to ADP API integrations in a timely manner.
• Design and implement scalable API solutions to support a growing number of client integrations.
• Document API specifications, integration workflows, and best practices for internal and external use.
• Support deployment processes and monitor API performance post-deployment.
• Stay current with ADP API updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve integration processes.
