About The Position
InCharge Energy is seeking a highly motivated ADP Administrator to join our Human Resources team at our Richmond, VA location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing employee data within the ADP system, supporting payroll accuracy, and assisting with a variety of HR-related tasks and special projects. You’ll play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring efficient HR operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
