About The Position
Join our leadership team at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago as Restaurant Chef of Adorn Bar & Restaurant! The Restaurant Chef is an essential member of the Food & Beverage leadership team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. The Restaurant Chef is responsible for creating an environment where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best, and advance. This position involves preparing specialized innovative cuisine per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Successful candidates will be team players, comfortable with electronic systems, and willing to accept assignments as needed to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
