An Adoptions Specialist impacts lives by directly working with children, parents, and community partners. The Adoptions Services Branch facilitates adoption of children who need permanent homes by providing adoption services through regional offices throughout the state. The Sacramento Regional Office is responsible for providing these services in Northern California.

Requirements

  • Must be list eligible.
  • Complete employment history on the application form (STD 678).
  • Must include unofficial transcripts for verification if meeting minimum qualifications with education.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Experience interacting with county court personnel and legal professionals.
