The role involves managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. You will ensure that residents are treated with respect and dignity and that quality care is provided as their healthcare needs change. This position also requires overseeing the consistency of medication training and pharmacy management within the community.

Requirements

• Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
• LPN or LVN license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity.
• Ensure quality care as residents' healthcare needs change.
• Assume the role and responsibilities of a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide as needed.
• Assist in the supervision of community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers.
• Provide training and education to Caregivers on an ongoing basis.
• Manage associates' schedules.
• Oversee and manage the continuity and consistency of medication training and pharmacy management.
• Conduct periodic Care Associate medication skills inventory checks and medication audits.
• Share on-call duties as required.
