Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and that quality care is provided as their healthcare needs change.
• Maintain consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts, potentially stepping in as a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide as needed.
• Assist in supervising community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers, providing ongoing training and education.
• Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision/administration in the community, conducting periodic audits and skills checks.
• Share on-call duties as required.
