About The Position
Lutheran Home & Health Services, an Illuminus Community, is looking for an ADON to join their Assisted Living community. We have been a part of the local community caring for the families of Fond du Lac and the surrounding area since 1936. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Fond du Lac, Lutheran Homes & Health Services provides assisted living, skilled nursing and short-term rehab services to older adults. Full-time, Day Shift Working within our Assisted Living community On call rotation shared with other nurse leadership Salaried with Benefits $83k-100k RN license required
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing and directing nursing service.
- Control and evaluation of nursing service in order to meet the total nursing needs of the resident and maintain a quality of service that will fulfill the objective of the nursing home, and be in accordance with the policies set forth by the nursing home.
- Supervise care and management of shift.
- Plan and participate in in-service training and orientation programs.
- Coordinate the care planning program.
