The Adolescent Therapist (Licensed) - Outpatient Clinical Services is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Major job functions include: obtaining psycho-social assessments; conducting family/group therapy on assigned cases; complete documentation per hospital policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinate discharge planning; assist in developing and maintaining community resource information; performs marketing functions as assigned; assists in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensures good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participate in continuing education activities.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited school in Social Services or Psychiatric.
• Must be licensed or under supervision (CSW/LCSW, CADC/LCADC, MFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP).
• 0 - 1 years of related experience.
