About The Position

Atria is a membership-based preventive health care practice delivering cutting-edge primary and specialty care in New York, South Florida, Los Angeles (2026), and through 24/7 telemedicine globally. Our multi-specialty team of 60+ top in-house physicians provides proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. We aim to optimize lifespan and healthspan through meticulous screening, leading-edge therapeutics, and tailored interventions designed to prevent disease and detect it at the earliest possible stages. Each member's care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, women's health, endocrinology, integrative health, performance and movement, nutrition, and more. Through our nonprofit Atria Research Institute and Public Health Institute, we also work to accelerate the translation of medical breakthroughs and expand access to preventive care for as many people as possible. We seek an experienced Adolescent Primary Care Physician focused on ages 10-25 years to partner in building a new world-class primary care institute in LA. Applicants from Family Medicine or Pediatrics are welcome to apply and additional training in adolescent medicine through fellowship is preferred. Requirements

  • Must be Board Certified in Pediatrics
  • California licensed
  • Minimum of six (6+) or more years of clinical experience
  • Compassionate, personable, with outstanding rapport with families and colleagues and oriented towards service.
  • Available for a full-time commitment and able to take on-call coverage as needed

Nice To Haves

  • additional training in adolescent medicine through fellowship is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build close and meaningful relationships with families and specifically adolescents, young adults to early adults.
  • Contribute to adolescent and young adult health programming, education, and specialty care including young women’s health initiatives.
  • Engage and devote time and support to learn, research, and improve your clinical practice
  • Practice in a state-of-the-art clinic with on-site laboratory and imaging services and provide home and telemedicine care.
  • Work with extensive support from care coordinators, pharmacists, and technology, empowering your care.
  • Leverage in-office lifestyle services, including health & wellness coaching, nutritionist, and exercise physiologist for patients and members
