About The Position

The Potocsnak Family Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is seeking an Attending Physician for its new Eating Disorders Program. This role involves providing clinical care, teaching, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes in a youth-friendly facility in Chicago. The position is non-tenure-eligible and offers opportunities for academic advancement and community education.

Requirements

  • Board certified or board eligible in adolescent medicine.
  • Robust clinical experience in adolescent medicine or related fields.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

  • Familiarity with community outreach and education programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care for patients in the Eating Disorders Program.

  • Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in adolescent medicine.
  • Engage in community education regarding eating disorder management.
  • Participate in research and academic activities as part of the faculty role.
