Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Adolescent IOP Therapist to provide high-quality care within our structured outpatient programs. In this role, you will facilitate group therapy, provide family support and engagement, and conduct clinical assessments to help adolescents build coping skills and move toward recovery and long-term wellness. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Friday flexible daytime hours (In-person) Compensation: $53,000 – $55,000 per year (commensurate with experience and credentials)

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field.
  • Previous clinical experience working with adolescents in a behavioral health or therapeutic setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience facilitating group therapy and engaging families in treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group therapy sessions focused on skill-building, emotional regulation, and recovery.
  • Provide family engagement and support, including family sessions when appropriate.
  • Conduct Level of Care Assessments and clinical intakes in alignment with program standards.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and participate in insurance authorization reviews.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings to review client progress and coordinate care.
  • Support adolescents transitioning between levels of care, including step-down planning.
  • Assist with program initiatives and other clinical duties as needed.
