About The Position

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an experienced Workfront System Manager with extensive Adobe Workfront experience to ensure successful implementation, onboarding, and day-to-day use of Adobe Workfront. The System Administrator will work together with our in-house Workfront Integration Engineer, dedicated Tech Product Management team, IT team, Adobe, and Workfront end-users for our next-generation product lifecycle management system. As System Administrator you will be responsible for championing Workfront across the business, creating standardization, user adoption, enhancing system functionality, meaningful reporting, and driving resolution for support issues. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, independent, organized, and brings deep knowledge of Workfront. Candidates with a passion for sports and entertainment and excitement for high-visibility, high-impact digital transformation work will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Workfront Administrator/Manager, preferably supporting a variety of groups/teams
  • Experience in Workfront configuration implementation and/or system administration
  • Deep knowledge of Workfront native functionality and features
  • Experience working with Adobe account teams
  • Organized, proactive, and communicative, with demonstrated experience working cross-functionally across stakeholder groups
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flex across multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
  • Excitement to train & teach end-users and can explain complex material to users with varying levels of proficiency
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to key offices for onsite training & support

  • Adobe certifications, Fusion, and AEM experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Leverage native and custom Workfront capabilities to design solutions within the Fanatics Workfront platform
  • Onboard and train users / stakeholders to the Workfront platform and to their specific Workfront instances, once configured
  • Act as a key point of contact for Workfront administration and user help governance & requests across multiple business units, including: Building and maintaining Workfront templates Conducting general Workfront training sessions Creating and modifying reports, dashboards, calendars, filters, and views Setting up teams, groups, and training users Troubleshooting user-reported issues Managing proofing within Workfront, including advanced workflows Creating and maintaining custom forms as needed Managing user profiles and performing audits Regularly cleaning up unused templates, forms, and reports
  • Proactively test configurations and problem-solve collaboratively with stakeholders when issues arise
  • Partner with our Workfront Integration Engineer to scope, build, deploy, and test Workfront configurations with native and custom integration requirements
  • Manage Adobe account relationship, track deployment of new features and updates, and recommend changes to existing account features aligned with business requirements
