The American Red Cross is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Fundraising & Marketing Technology Group (FMTG) in supporting applications that help to deliver ARC’s mission to “prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.” In this role, you will be responsible for driving personalized experiences to enhance customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute personalized content strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and Adobe’s technology stack. As an Adobe Platform Developer, you will manage customer journeys and personalization efforts throughout the Red Cross flagship sites, redcross.org and RedCrossBlood.org, and work closely with marketing team members to determine a strategy for identity recognition and personalization at scale. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a creative mindset. The work location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work 100% remotely from home and can be located anywhere in the United States with a preference to work East Coast or Central hours.
