About The Position

Accenture Adobe Business Group is seeking an Adobe Journey Optimizer expert to join our team in a solution consulting role. This position involves delivering full-stack Adobe solutions for brands looking to accelerate business growth through hyper-personalization and connected customer experiences. The role combines pre-sales support and solution implementation, requiring a high level of technical platform knowledge and practical marketing activation experience. The Adobe Journey Optimizer Specialist will contribute to the business in three main areas: Pre-sales Support, Solution Implementation, and Internal Capability Enablement. Responsibilities include organizing workshops, writing business requirement documents, defining solution architecture, overseeing acceptance testing, and leading marketing activation teams. Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years experience working knowledge and expertise with Adobe products
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Evidence of leading multi-platform Adobe solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead, or solution consultant
  • Adobe Experience Cloud tool certification (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics are desirable)
  • Some experience with digital marketing, CRO, digital analytics, decisioning, campaign planning, creative and UX disciplines

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and facilitating discovery and business requirement gathering workshops
  • Writing BRDs, Epics, and Stories
  • Defining solution and technical architecture
  • Owning business objectives and requirements during delivery and coordinating dependencies and priorities across multiple teams
  • Overseeing acceptance testing and issue resolution
  • Working with strategy and planning teams to define marketing activation use cases that leverage solution capabilities and Accenture best practices
  • Leading marketing activation teams to deliver use cases, customer journeys, and campaigns
