About The Position

ITTConnect is seeking an Adobe AEM/AEP QA Lead to work for a client in the US. This is a position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services with over 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the quick serve restaurants industry. We are seeking a QA/QE Lead with strong Adobe Experience Cloud expertise, specifically across AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This role will own the end-to-end quality strategy, ensuring high-quality delivery across content, data, identity, and personalization use cases within the Adobe ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Adobe Stack Expertise: Strong experience with: AEM Sites, Assets, Forms Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ingestion, XDM schemas, identity services Integration testing across: Adobe Analytics Adobe Target Adobe Launch / Web SDK Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • QA & Automation: Proven experience in: Functional, integration, and E2E testing API testing and backend data validation Strong automation experience with tools such as: Cypress, Playwright, or similar Experience building automation frameworks and integrating with CI/CD pipelines
  • Technical Skills: REST APIs, event-driven architectures Data validation and pipeline testing Cloud platform familiarity (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive QA strategy independently Excellent stakeholder communication (technical and business audiences) Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise QA programs Strong decision-making and risk management capabilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with real-time CDP and personalization platforms
  • Exposure to marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystems
  • Prior experience in high-scale digital transformation programs

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end QA strategy for AEM and AEP implementations
  • Define and execute testing approaches across: Content and CMS workflows (AEM) Integrations across Adobe ecosystem Data pipelines, identity resolution, and personalization
  • Lead functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across: AEM, AEP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Journey Optimizer
  • Validate AEP components including: Data ingestion pipelines XDM schemas and datasets Identity stitching and unified customer profiles
  • Ensure test coverage for: Personalization and audience activation Real-time decisioning scenarios
  • Define and implement test automation strategy (UI, API, data validation) integrated with CI/CD pipelines
  • Drive defect triage, risk assessment, and release readiness (Go/No-Go decisions)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Product teams
  • Provide quality metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
