About The Position
The Production Front Line Supervisor plans, schedules, and directly supervises the work of hourly personnel assigned as their work crew. Specific responsibilities include achieving established goals for production quantities, product quality, personnel safety, procedural adherence, and security protocol adherence within their assigned area of responsibility. The position is accountable to the Production Support Manager for the production division deliverables and employee safety, and to the Operations Manager for adherence to requirements that define and maintain a safe and secure work environment for manufacturing operations utilizing trained and qualified workers.
