About The Position

The Admitting Representative ensures timely and accurate registration of all patients and is responsible for insurance benefit verification/certification and collecting the patient's anticipated financial responsibility at the time of service as applicable. Requirements

• HSD or GED
• 1 year related experience in health insurance field or two years hospital registration experience required
• Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Employee must possess the ability to organize and prioritize work
• must be detail oriented

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree in healthcare related field preferred
• Direct experience in hospital precertification and benefit/eligibility verification desired
