The Admissions & Student Affairs Coordinator is a key person that provides clerical and administrative support for Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA), the Director of Financial Aid or their designee. This role involves interacting with academic divisions, maintaining files regarding international and current students, and ensuring compliance with government requirements. The coordinator will also process paperwork for Veterans Administration (VA) students, perform duties of a School Certifying Official (SCO), and manage F1 student paperwork through the Student Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). Additionally, the coordinator will handle student health insurance submissions, proctor assessments for ADA students, and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to insurance and veterans. Regular attendance is essential, with an expectation of 40+ hours per week on site.
