About The Position
The Admissions Staff is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests as they enter the facility. This role includes greeting customers, scanning or selling admission tickets, answering questions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Interest in motorsports
- Flexible availability, including days, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and guidance to Road America guests
- Scan and validate pre-purchased tickets
- Process cash and electronic transactions for ticket sales
- Answer guest questions and assist with entry-related inquiries
- Ensure guests have the best possible experience upon arrival
