Responsible for assisting callers in obtaining treatment, when appropriate, at our facilities. Takes all incoming calls and chats with the intention of turning them into an admission. Takes control of a call and is able to qualify it in a timely manner, as well as obtain all needed detailed information to verify insurance, job status, and criteria to validate the need for our level of care. Refers callers to their prospective states for state funded facilities to get the help they need, if not appropriate clinically or financially. Completes notes on all worked accounts in multiple systems.
