Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with large databases and/or student information systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, noisy environment with frequent interruptions, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Explain the enrollment process and provide general College information to prospective students and their parents.
  • Generate labels, enter data, and monitor the mailing of College view books and invitations to Open Houses.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and staff on- and off-campus outreach events.
  • Maintain databases for reporting and mailing lists for admissions materials.
  • Request documentation, maintain files, and enter information into the student information system for international students.
  • Stock and maintain materials for the Welcome Center.
  • Type, print, and distribute departmental correspondence.
  • Monitor and manage the Admissions email inbox.
  • Copy and fax materials, handle purchase orders and direct pays, and maintain department files.
  • Assist the Welcome Center by providing coverage, answering the switchboard, ordering supplies, and responding to walk-in requests as needed.
