Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Healthcare or elder services experience preferred
- Organized, compassionate, people-focused
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Assist with admissions and discharges
- Track referrals and manage documentation
- Schedule tours and welcome meetings
- Support resident and family interviews
- Help with insurance verification and paperwork
- Assist with discharge planning and follow-ups
