About The Position
We are looking for an Admissions/Social Service Director to manage the medically related Social Services Program of a facility in accordance with Company policies, standards of practice and governmental regulations. Ensure the highest possible level of resident physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being by performing the following duties. What do we do? Connect People 2 Life! How do we Connect People 2 Life?
