Requirements

HS Diploma and experience in a related field
Proven experience in sales, admissions or a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to empathize and effectively communicate with individuals seeking treatment
Familiarity with insurance verification processes
Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

Responsibilities

Guide individuals through the admissions process, providing information and support.
Conduct pre-assessments to gather essential information for the intake process.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess the appropriateness of potential admissions.
Verify insurance coverage and communicate financial obligations to individuals and their families.
Coordinate and schedule admission appointments, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of admissions data and documentation.
Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure a cohesive and person-centered approach.
Communicate effectively with external referral sources and healthcare providers.
Provide timely updates to individuals and their families regarding the admissions process.
