The Admissions Representative is responsible for providing all the necessary information needed in an ethical and effective manner in order for prospective students to make an informed decision regarding enrolling in the School/program. This role involves evaluating future students through in-person interviews, assisting them professionally through the admissions process in accordance with all applicable Federal and State regulations, and ensuring accurate, timely, and thorough student records are created and forwarded to appropriate departments. The representative is also tasked with expanding the awareness of the School and its services within the community, requesting referrals during and after the enrollment process, and conveying only accurate and compliance-approved employment and placement data. They must possess adequate product knowledge to effectively represent the options available to inquiring students and consistently operate with teamwork and support both within and outside the Admissions department. Adherence to a schedule outlined by the Director of Admissions and/or Campus President, including working 2 evenings per week and 2 Saturdays per month, is required. The role also involves achieving reasonable expectations in student outcomes and peer rankings as defined by the DOA and/or Campus President, and completing annual continuing education when required by state regulations.
