Please note: the anticipated duration of this temporary assignment is 4 months. The UCSF School of Dentistry Admissions Coordinator oversees and manages the admissions process for our DDS/PhD program, the Cell and Tissue Biology PhD program, the Research Fellowship Program, and the Oral and Craniofacial Sciences MS program. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through application requirements, deadlines, interviews, and onboarding. Responsibilities include reviewing application materials for completeness, scheduling interviews and assessments, maintaining accurate applicant records, and collaborating with faculty, admissions committees, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions workflow. The coordinator will also support the DDS admissions process as needed to support outreach efforts, interview days, school-wide events, and perform other duties as assigned.
