About The Position
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for handling all aspects of the student recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, results and compliance-driven environment. The role involves helping individuals interested in attending Strayer University by responding to inquiries, interviewing prospective students over the phone, and walking students through the entire application and enrollment process while consistently achieving performance objectives. This includes partnering with other functions to provide prospective students with the necessary information to determine if Strayer meets their educational needs, such as program offerings, financial options, and satisfying academic prerequisites.
