San Joaquin Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admissions Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our team on a part-time basis for the 3–11 PM shift. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and compliant admission process for new residents entering our skilled nursing facility. The Admissions Nurse is responsible for coordinating and completing resident admissions while ensuring all clinical documentation, assessments, and regulatory requirements are met. This position works closely with nursing leadership, admissions, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality resident care and compliance.
