About The Position
The Admissions Manager position at Promises Behavioral Health requires a proven track record in a Call Center/Admissions role, preferably within the Promises Behavioral Health Call Center or a similar environment. The manager will facilitate training for new Admissions Specialists and must possess thorough knowledge of the company's programs and the outbound process. The role emphasizes the importance of accurate reporting and accountability, as well as a working knowledge of important referral sources for PBH programs. The Admissions Manager will also handle challenging or escalated calls and must demonstrate a solid understanding of all workflow processes within the Admissions Center.
