Requirements

  • Education and Training: High school diploma and three years transferable experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in healthcare admissions/ registration setting; some supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • This position works under the direction of the Director of Strategy and Integration.
  • Coordinates hospital activities concerned with admissions and registration.
  • Supervises Inpatient Admissions Coordinator(s).
  • Works closely with Clinical and Physician Navigators to direct physician referrals and conversions and resolve customer service concerns.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
