About The Position

As an Admissions Shift Lead, you’ll help create a great first impression for every guest. You’ll support daily Admissions operations and jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. You’ll also help guide and encourage our front-line team so they can deliver warm, memorable service. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Minimum of six months in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or customer service.
Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Passion for fun, with a talent for creating memorable moments for children and families.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to daily operations.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and motivational skills with an outgoing, guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

Support daily Admissions operations to ensure a smooth, guest-focused experience.
Motivate and guide team members to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable first impressions.
Manage queues and guest flow to keep the fun moving safely and efficiently.
Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards while maintaining a spotless, welcoming environment.
Jump in where needed — from ticketing to troubleshooting — to keep operations seamless and guests smiling.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively.
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and team engagement.
Perform other duties as needed to help create magical experiences for every visitor.
