About The Position
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is looking for admissions interns to serve as the public face of the University to prospective students and parents. Working closely with admissions counselors and the undergraduate admissions team, interns are responsible for: interpreting and communicating admissions policies and procedures to potential students and parents at the middle school and high school level, evaluating applications for admission and aiding in the planning and execution of recruitment programs. Admissions Interns work in a cohort and will have the opportunity to engage in professional development opportunities together to develop professional skills and explore careers available within the field of higher education. Admissions interns may be considered for placement in either the Ann Arbor or Detroit office locations. Candidates should express their location preference in their cover letter.
