Requirements

• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm, positivity, and a whole lot of fun
• Create memorable guest experiences by connecting with visitors in a magical, safe, and playful environment
• Confidently interact with guests of all ages—families, kids, and LEGO® fans alike
• Drive ticket sales and upgrades while meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Manage queue lines safely while keeping spirits high
• Ensure admissions areas and point-of-sale displays are fully stocked, organized, and guest-ready
• Follow opening and closing procedures to keep operations running smoothly
• Promote health, safety, and security standards to keep everyone smiling and safe
