Job Description – As a Call Center Admissions Representative, you will be expected to effectively contact, screen, and set appointments for prospective students. Call Center Admissions Representatives are the first person that a potential student connects with in our admissions process, so a positive upbeat personality is definitely a plus! Most of your day will be spent making outbound calls, sending emails/ texts and covering inbound phone calls. You will be expected to project a positive image and convey support for our prospects on every call. A genuine desire to connect with people over the phone is a must. You will be expected to process a high volume of outbound/inbound calls and make accurate data entries into our CRM each day. You will work in an office environment and will always be expected to demonstrate professionalism and integrity. This is a hybrid role with 20% working from home after 90 days of work.
