About The Position
Las Colinas Post Acute is a premier skilled nursing facility where compassion meets excellence. As our Admissions Director, you’ll be the welcoming face for new residents and their families. You’ll coordinate with healthcare providers, manage the intake process, and ensure every transition into our care is smooth and supportive. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Originally founded in 2013, the organization now consists of hundreds of independent operating subsidiaries, as well as ancillary and support services. Requirements
- Experience in admissions or healthcare (bonus points!)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid is a plus

- Guiding families through the admissions process
- Coordinating with clinical and admin teams
- Giving tours and answering questions
- Keeping documentation accurate and up to date
