We are currently seeking a qualified facility Admissions Director to join our team at Peak Resources Shelby. Excellent compensation and benefits! This is a Full-time position with benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid time off (PTO), and participation in the company 401(k) retirement plan. Typical Work Schedule is: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a health care sales/marketing/insurance with a basic understanding of sales/marketing processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace
  • Must be able to travel on occasion

Nice To Haves

  • One to two (1-2) years of management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Obtains required information and admit residents in an efficient manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Develops and executes tactics to maximize admissions of residents including regular contact via telephone or on-site, as applicable, with potential referral sources including hospitals, physicians, insurers, case management companies, and health care agencies.
