We are currently seeking a qualified facility Admissions Director to join our team at Peak Resources Shelby. Excellent compensation and benefits! This is a Full-time position with benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid time off (PTO), and participation in the company 401(k) retirement plan. Typical Work Schedule is: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years experience in a health care sales/marketing/insurance with a basic understanding of sales/marketing processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace
Must be able to travel on occasion

Nice To Haves

One to two (1-2) years of management experience preferred

Responsibilities

Obtains required information and admit residents in an efficient manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Develops and executes tactics to maximize admissions of residents including regular contact via telephone or on-site, as applicable, with potential referral sources including hospitals, physicians, insurers, case management companies, and health care agencies.
