Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with excellent grammar and professionalism
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of connection for prospective students—guiding them through their education journey via inbound and outbound calls, email and SMS Texting
  • Respond to inquiries and manage leads using our CRM system with accuracy and care
  • Clearly communicate program details, career outcomes, and enrollment steps
  • Ensure all interactions align with federal, state, accreditation, and institutional guidelines
  • Build trust with prospective students by delivering a supportive, informative, and positive experience
