Warren Wilson College invites applications for an Admissions Counselor to join a collaborative, student-centered admissions team. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Counselor serves as a front-line ambassador for the College, building relationships with prospective students and families and guiding them through the college application and enrollment process. This role is responsible for recruiting students from an assigned geographic territory and increasing awareness of Warren Wilson’s undergraduate programs through travel and thoughtful outreach. The Admissions Counselor works with future students, families, school counselors, and campus partners to build the application pool and meet enrollment goals. We are seeking a motivated and personable professional who enjoys connecting with people and building trust. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, works well both independently and as part of a team, and finds purpose in supporting students through an important decision.
