The Admissions Counselor plays a vital, mission-driven role in advancing the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay’s commitment to student success, access, and regional impact. This position plans, develops, and executes strategic recruitment and admissions efforts aligned with institutional priorities—expanding educational opportunity, strengthening enrollment pathways, and fostering a talented, diverse student body across Northeast Wisconsin. Serving as an enthusiastic ambassador for UW–Green Bay, the Admissions Counselor builds relationships with prospective and admitted students, families, schools, and community partners, delivering clear, compelling messages that reflect our brand, values, and promise: Together, We Rise. Guided by our core values to Advance Fearlessly, Empower Success, Provision Access, Express Gratitude, and Build Community, the Admissions Counselor uses data-informed strategies and CRM tools to recruit, counsel, and support students through the admissions journey. This role may also lead initiatives or supervise staff, contributing to a collaborative, student-centered environment rooted in gratitude, innovation, and shared purpose—helping learners envision their future and confidently take the next step at UW–Green Bay.
