Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, education, or a related field; OR an Associate degree with two years of related work experience; OR four years of directly related work experience.
• Valid driver's license for travel to various locations.

• 1 year experience in a post-secondary educational environment.
• Experience with Campus Connection, TargetX, or other CRM systems.
• Experience with Perceptive Content.

Responsibilities

• Assist with application processing and recruitment activities.
• Develop and implement a strategic enrollment plan for assigned territory.
• Engage with students and families through various communication channels.
• Represent Dickinson State University at school visits, fairs, and outreach events.
• Create a welcoming environment for prospective students and families.
• Process student applications and track applicant progress through the admissions process.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including students, families, and school counselors.
• Assist with campus visit days and orientation events for incoming students.
